The main goal of this paper is to analyze, on one hand, the social perception around the rise of NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) as a channel that conveys creativity, especially in today's youth and creators, as well as to detect trends of public policies around the creation and dissemination of digital goods, fundamentally with regard to the evaluation of these public policies. To do this, according to the methodological triangulation, combining quantitative and qualitative methods, it will be applied the study of search trends through Google Trends, and additionally, a semi-structured interview with public officials linked to the evaluation of policies at the national level will be developed. Results will inspire better policies around these new phenomena
