Abstract

We are in the midst of the data era, where the large amount of information, both structured and unstructured, that we have, and the technological capabilities available for its analysis, have become an engine of progress for society and a niche for creation of new industries aimed at the personalization of services. In this context, public administration cannot ignore the opportunity that data represents. The adoption of tools that enable efficient management and effective data governance becomes essential. This article presents the next generation of ERP systems - Enterprise Resource Planning, which incorporate both Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI), as the key to guaranteeing said data governance.
