Abstract

Teleworking, as a form of service provision from a place other than the office, has been definitively implemented for public employees of the Public Administration of the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands despite certain reluctance from the Government and certain social agents. In this work, some legal considerations are made on certain issues such as, among others, the denial that it is a staff right, or the forgetfulness of the local Canarian entities, or who is in charge of the internet connection or the staggering in its implementation, which must be corrected to avoid hindering its full implementation.
