We also take into consideration the theories on development within the two most important geographical contexts, European and Latin American, which determines a wider economic conception of the term “development” to a more comprehensive and multidimensional approach, taking human beings into account; putting the people who make up society as the fundamental axis in the processes of structuring actions points and development plans from public administrations.
