La Ley que protege al informante

Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of people who report regulatory infractions and the fight against corruption, aims to achieve two objectives that coincide with the same goal, which is to eradicate corrupt practices; an indirect or mediate object of the aforementioned Law which consists of eradicating corrupt practices by fighting against the fraudulent conduct provided for in the regulation in question; and a direct or immediate object of the rule consisting of guaranteeing the safety of people who report facts that could constitute infractions or fraudulent acts in their work environment, expressly prohibiting possible retaliation that the employer could consequently adopt reactionarily against this people.
